Where did the clustering documentation go?

Many users found problems with clustering for both WIndows and NetWare with the shared disk method that worked fine upto version 4.0.5.

With the release of VMware 4.5 something has changed that causes shared disk files to become corrupted or not visible at all. Using shared disks was not supported in VMware Workstation but it is in GSX Server and ESX Server.
