Problems installing Novell Cluster Services: it doesn't let you choose the option that shared media is available

If you encounter this problem during installation of the cluster then there will be most likely be some soft of partition on the shared disk. If you downloaded the plain disk then you shouldn't have a problem. But as soon as you 'touch' the disk with NSS utilities or by initializing the disk there may be a partition created.

You can check this by going to DOS on the server and use FDISK with the /X option. That enables you to delete whatever partition is on there.
